Hi, I’m Alison
Ever since I was 11 I wanted to be a journalist.
I had my first piece published while at primary school and at high school I was interviewing people for our local newspaper.
I studied broadcast journalism at university and co-hosted the Saturday sports show (The Friend and Fraser Show, playing on the names of two of the biggest shows of the time).
Having my own podcast was kind of inevitable.
Talking to podcasters and getting to know them and why they do what they do lights me up - and I know that listeners love these features too.
When I interview you I do it to make you sound good and to help your listeners get even more invested in you.
